Now that Lily has her confidence back, we're trying to reinforce it -- and get some polish. She had a wonderful lesson this morning (today is a teacher workday holiday). Buddy was the perfect gentleman, even when the gelding pasture turned into a Big Frat Party and they raced themselves silly not far away from where Lily was riding. And we even had weather that resembled fall! (Though I'm still wearing shorts.) Here are some photos (click on them to enlarge):
